Our Team

Annika is a California native. She grew up in the Eastern Sierra Mountains and attended high school in San Diego, California. She attended the University of California, Davis and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Genetics. Annika completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and graduated with honors from Samuel Merritt’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Annika has 20 years of experience in weight-loss and hormone balancing. She has advanced certifications in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy from Worldlink Medical and the Academy of Preventive & Innovative Medicine. She is also an Evexipel Certified Provider of hormone pellets. As an athlete, former Ironman triathlete, swim coach, and All American Masters Swimmer, Annika is committed to our patient’s health, wellness, and achievement of their health goals.

Originally from Minnesota, Jennifer has called California home for the past 30 years. With six years of experience at Renew Me Medical Group, she is passionate about hormones and wellness. Jennifer is married to her college sweetheart and has two beautiful children. As a BODi coach, she is dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys exercising, baking, experimenting with healthy recipes, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Hailing from Roseville, California, Brittany has been with Renew Me Medical Group for two years. She is deeply committed to assisting others in reaching their health and wellness goals. Brittany is a proud mother to her adorable son, Jensen. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and exploring new places through travel.
